School Health LINK (Like us on Facebook)

The LINK is a comprehensive school linked health clinic with the ability to provide preventive medical care, acute medical care, and referrals. Services are for children and adolescents. We see babies and infants! Click here to view current immunization recommendations.

The LINK provides on-site care 8 - 4:30 Monday through Friday and 24 hour coverage is through the Trinity Emergency Rooms. The LINK can serve as the medical home for children and adolescents or can complement services provided by existing health care providers. The LINK coordinates care with the other medical providers, social service agencies, mental health providers, and other programs and programs and organizations.

Our mission is to provide medical care to all school age children so that they go to school ready to learn physically, emotionally, and mentally.
